Apply start value to ordered lists.

Regular Ordered List (<ol>):

Output:

Ordered List with Counter Preset:

The exclamation mark forces given number as start value
(otherwise, given numbers are ignored).

10!. Alpha
10. Beta

Output:

11. Beta
